Our environmental performance
Als stolzer Träger des Österreichischen Umweltzeichens ist Nachhaltigkeit für uns kein Trend, sondern Überzeugung. Bereits mehr als 15 Jahre verwenden wir zur Reinigung ausschließlich Trocken-Dampfreiniger – ohne chemische Reinigungsmittel. Müll-Trennung, Recycling sowie die konsequente Vermeidung von Kunststoffverpackung sind für uns selbstverständlich. Unsere Ausstattung ist langlebig und umweltfreundlich: Holzkleiderbügel, Glas-Zahnputzbecher, kompostierbare Kaffeekapseln und wassersparende Armaturen finden unsere Gäste bei uns vor. Umweltfreundliches Spülmittel in dosierten Keramikgefäßen sowie Seifenspender, Spültüchern und Geschirrtüchern aus leinen gehören da selbstverständlich dazu.
Unsere Photovoltaikanlagen mit rund 30 kWp versorgen den gesamten Betrieb – inklusive Ladestationen für E-Bikes, Autos und Roller. Auch unsere Gartengeräte arbeiten emissionsfrei mit Akku-Strom. Dazu haben wir schon vor 3 Jahren unsere eigene Energiegemeinschaft gegründet und so funktioniert die Versorgung Hand-in-Hand. Derzeit investieren wir gerade in Batteriespeicher für die PV-Anlage, damit wir noch einen Schritt zur Autarkie gelangen.
