Upper Austria, Austria
From modern technology to a beautiful ambience: the Oberbank Donau-Forum offers everything your heart desires.
The designers of the Oberbank Donau-Forum are the Swiss Jürg Weber and Josef Hofer, who have already created an “unofficial” new landmark for our city with the Lentos art museum in Linz, and the Linz architect DI Franz Kneidinger, who planned the Linz Wissensturm Tower. The simple yet aesthetic Oberbank Donau-Forum is equipped with the latest technology. The event hall impresses with its atmosphere and spectacular acoustics.
The Oberbank Donau-Forum was opened in 2010. The event rooms have a total area of 1,635 m², consisting of a large and a small hall as well as a foyer. Ancillary rooms are also available. (Sanitary area, storage areas, traffic areas etc.)
The large hall with its 796 m2 accommodates up to 1,000 people, the small hall with 188 m2 has space for up to 196 people. With around 402 m2, the catering zone offers plenty of space for enjoyment and exciting discussions.
Economical and ecological
The Oberbank Donau-Forum has taken all aspects of environmental and climate protection as well as energy saving into account during the planning stage and is ecologically state-of-the-art. Waste heat from IT heats the building and water from the Danube is used to generate energy with heat pumps. As a major Upper Austrian company, we are emphasizing our position on sustainability and making our contribution to conserving resources.
With the certification of the Oberbank Donau-Forum as a "Green location", the Oberbank demonstrates its high quality standards and at the same time sets an example for more sustainability.
