Our building is constructed as a passive house and has PV and solar systems, rainwater utilisation and controlled ventilation in the hotel rooms. In addition, natural building materials from the region contribute to the feel-good climate in the seminar rooms.

Our kitchen team pays particular attention to healthy and balanced cuisine. Sensitive and sustainable use of resources is also very important to us in the kitchen. Because it is not only good for the environment, but also for our guests.
