At the Hotel Eichingerbauer in Mondsee, you can sense that this place has grown—along with its history, its people, and the region. What began generations ago as a farmhouse is now run by Sabine and Norbert Sperr-Lehrl, the third generation of the family, as a Four-Star Superior hotel. The culinary experience holds a special place here. In the evening, guests can enjoy a four-course menu with a choice of meat, fish, or vegetarian dishes—vegan requests are, of course, accommodated. The offerings are complemented by an à la carte menu as well as house-made venison specialties. The cuisine features ingredients from regional partners in the Salzkammergut and the Salzburg region, served in three uniquely designed dining rooms.
