We regard environmental policy as an important management task, which we perform with esponsibility. Treating each other with respect is an important part of our company philosophy. We do not tolerate discrimination of any kind and we ensure that our staff are treated fairly and equally. We know that we can only act sustainably in all areas of our business as part of a team.

When choosing our products, we pay attention to regionality and seasonality. In addition, we purchase the following products exclusively in organic quality: milk, whipped cream, Yogurt, sour cream, coffee, tea, selected drinks (Zwickl beer, Lemonaid) and minced meat. We obtain our fresh meat exclusively from Austria.

We mainly trust suppliers from the region, such as Obsthaus Haller (fruit & vegetables), Nöm (dairy products), Werkowits (eggs), Karnerta (meat & sausage), Cobenzl (wine), Resch & Frisch (bread & pastries).

We are convinced that every contribution, no matter how small, has a great effect and therefore we regularly work on further improvement measures
