Nature niche home garden: tips for natural gardening
The rising temperatures already show that spring is fast approaching. All it takes is a few days of sunshine and we can enjoy snowdrops, crocuses and the first blossoms on the fruit trees.
As the temperatures rise, the new gardening year begins for gardening enthusiasts. The first preparations for a successful gardening year are now being made.

Beneficial insects that help to keep plants healthy are introduced and the most common pests and diseases as well as preventative measures and alternative methods of control without chemical pesticides are described.
A prerequisite for a natural garden is that some conditions are met.
These are above all:
- Keep the soil healthy
- Proper fertilization, mainly with compost
- Crop rotation and mixed culture in the vegetable garden
- Fruit trees and shrubs adapted to the site
- Set ornamental plants to fit the site
- Detect pests and diseases and set targeted preventive measures or keep in check with beneficials
- Promote beneficials and take preventative measures
- Do not use synthetic pesticides
