Domestic mountain larch for yoga hotel terrace
The Ecolabel licensee Fa. Graggaber is a wood processor with special focus on native mountain larch (Larix decidua), which was excellently processed on a 650 m2 terrace floor in the yoga hotel Soami in Obermillstatt.
The terrace floor consists of pure Austrian PEFC-certified mountain larch. Short transport distances contribute to climate protection. The raw material is 100 percent recycled. Due to a special processing of the planks, the product is almost slate-free (important in the barefoot area), so there is no twisting or bowling. Due to the very high quality, the special processing and the ingenious assembly system, the Szena terrace plank is ideal for outdoor use and in areas with high demands such as hotels, schools and kindergartens. Szena terrace planks are also offered for private customers/real estate.
Managing director Werner Biller of the Soami Yogahotel came across the product in the course of an internet research. After consultation with his architect, a sample area was ordered from the Graggaber company - which was very well received. So far, three areas have been covered, with further orders to follow in the coming years.
